Prep Network (www.prepnetwork.com) is the national leader in prep coverage, events, and athlete recruitment. Our scouts produce over 3,000 articles each month and our 100+ tournaments and 100+ showcases host hundreds of teams and thousands of prospects across the country each year.
Job Description
You will work closely with our development team on our WordPress platform including custom theme and plugin development. You will also assist our subscription optimization team to improve checkout flows, implement A/B tests, and boost the overall growth of our subscription business. You will have the opportunity to jump across the stack to pitch in where needed on anything from user experience, design, frontend, and backend development.

Required Skills
Minimum of two years of PHP experience
Experience with WordPress including custom plugin or theme development
Proficient knowledge of web technologies, and latest developments across HTML, CSS, and Javascript ecosystems (Bootstrap 4, Sass, JQuery)
Working-level knowledge of Git (and Github)
Experience structuring MySQL databases to fit the needs of your application and creating and querying relationships within the data
Experience with third-party API integrations and data scraping
Experience with SSH
Familiar with creating responsive web experiences leveraging browser and device capabilities, making use of emerging tools and best practices
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Experience with WooCommerce and Advanced Custom Fields
Preferred Skills
Experience with a PHP framework such as Laravel or CakePHP
Experience with Javascript frameworks such as ReactJS
